During this course students will develop a full understanding of Business, marketing and management concepts, a coordinated organisational approach and a concern for profits, as well as understanding as to how these are relevant to all other subjects in the program. There are no entry requirements for Australian Domestic Students.

It is recommended students have Year 12 or equivalent or have completed the Diploma of Business or other relevant qualification. OR
Students have 3 to 4 years vocational experience in senior support or technical roles.
Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points demonstrating potential to undertake vocational education and training at advanced diploma level, including:
BSB50215 Diploma of Business or other relevant qualification
Through having substantial vocational experience in a range of environments, or acting in a range of senior support or technical roles.
Following graduation from the Advanced Diploma of Business other study options include: Diploma of Management, Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma of Software development, or Diploma of Digital and interactive games at Canterbury Technical Institute. Students also have the option of continuing study at university.
